Senior Stylist
Over 20 years industry knowledge. Jayne is known for thorough consultations - she will make sure you are absolutely on the same wavelength before she picks up the scissors! This reflects in her precision cutting and her attention to detail
Claudia
Senior Stylist
ONA's fashionista with over 10 years industry knowledge. She loves working with her clients to create something unique for them. Claudia is also a Beauty Works hair extension specialist so if you want thicker or longer hair that’s no problem, too!

Mobile phonesTo ensure that all our customers have a relaxing, calm experience and to be considerate to our other clients we encourage a mobile phone break and to take any loud calls outside. Thank you x

Skin testsYou must be skin tested at least 48 hours before any colour service. This includes a toner. If you don't turn up to your skin test then will unfortunately not be able to go ahead with your colour service.You will lose your deposit and will need to pay a cancellation fee in order to make another appointment.You will also need a new skin test with us if it has been over 6 months since your last colour service with us.
** **Come alone for your appointmentIt’s not that we don’t want to see other people! Just at ONA we have limited space in our waiting area and need to keep our space for clients that have appointments on the day
** **Cancellation policyWe take small deposits on hair services - £10 for cuts and £20 for colours. This is transferrable if you need to rearrange within 48 hours. Anything under that timeframe unfortunately your deposit is lost as it’s holding a space for another potential client 🧡
